• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, daffawin reserves the right to void it.
• In live betting, bets placed with a delay due to network issues may not be accepted.
• In the event of a dispute over any game result, daffawin's decision shall be considered final.

5.2 Sports Betting

• Bets will be settled at the odds set before the match begins.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, all related bets will be voided and the full amount will be refunded.
• If an error is detected in the odds, daffawin reserves the right to reprocess the bet at the corrected odds or cancel it entirely.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities daffawinis strictly prohibited on daffawin. Violating this rule may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Fraud & Deception: Opening an account or claiming bonuses using false information.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Using any strategy to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using illegal funds for transactions or attempting to launder money.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Attempting to breach or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Third-Party Use: Playing on behalf of someone else or using another person's account.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.

8Account Closure & Suspension

daffawin may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• As required by law or directed by the relevant authorities.

You can also contact support at any time to request account closure. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed.

9Limitation of Liability

daffawin shall not be held responsible for the following:

• If a bet or game is affected by internet connectivity issues or technical errors.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
• If services are unavailable due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
• If account details are compromised due to user negligence.

In the event of any dispute daffawin's decision shall be considered final. That said, we always strive to resolve matters fairly and in good faith.

10Changes & Updates
